We use natural materials like hardwood and abalone shell, and because of the natural variation in woodgrains and shell patterns, the item you receive may not exactly match the item pictured. That's okay! It means the item you've received is one of a kind. 

Each of our products is individually inspected and tested for quality. However, if you find that the item you've received is defective in any way, please reach out to us at cruxcalixco@gmail.com. We will make it right for you, whether that means repairing the item or replacing it altogether.
