Exchanges:

  • We accept exchanges for all items purchased from cruxcalix.com, excluding final sale items.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in its original like new condition with the original packaging intact.
  • Customers must initiate the exchange process within 30 days of receiving their purchase.
  • Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for items that show signs of use or damage.


Exchange Process:

  1. Contact Us: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team within the 30-day exchange period. You can reach us at cruxcalixco@cruxcalix.com. 

  2. Provide Details: Please provide us with your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.

  3. Verification: Once we receive your exchange request, we will verify that the item meets the eligibility criteria for exchange.

  4. Return Shipping: If your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  5. New Item Dispatch: Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process the exchange and dispatch the new item to you.


Refunds:

  • We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.


Exceptions:

  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for items that do not meet the eligibility criteria stated above.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
