All items ship via USPS within 1-10 business days of order, unless otherwise specified. Items usually arrive within 5-8 business days after shipping. 

We want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. While we don't offer returns or refunds, we will happily accept exchanges. Please email us at cruxcalixco@cruxcalix.com with 30 days of receiving your items to start the exchange process.
